Phonetic Picture - Writing
A phonetic picture-writing is a picture writing, which also can be read phonetically.
For its ideograms are composed of specially designed letters so that a thing or idea (e.g. "face") is shown.
When reading these ideograms phonetically, the result is an artificial language with clear phonetics.
