This is the Holy trinity: father-son and holy spirit (the number 3) three as one - god (the eye in the middle of the triangle) you can also see this symbol without the number three...each angle of the triangle is one of the trinity party. it's a religious symbol from christian religion.

The all seeing eye exists on 3 planes (mind, body, and soul) and covers all 360 degrees of existance.. each plane equalling 120 degrees while the "3"s located on each corner are 60 degrees of the 180 degree triangle... only 2 corners or totalling 120 degrees can be used to evaluate any thing at any one time. 60 degrees depicting the minds, bodies, and souls ability to 1.)compile 2.)analyze and 3.)react to the data and things around it... each event 120 degrees at a time.
